Conditions of Practice
Cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice; sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full. If a client has not made contact within 20 minutes of the start time, the session is treated as cancelled and remains chargeable. Payment is due in advance of each session, and fees may rise annually. Clients returning after three months away rejoin at the current fee.
Limits of Confidentiality
All communication in therapy is confidential, except where required by law: to report child abuse, to comply with a court order, or to prevent harm where a client discloses intent to harm themselves or another person.
Risks and Waiver of Liability
Trauma-informed work can release strong emotions, memories, or states of dysregulation. You accept this possibility and its consequences, and understand that Camilo Gallardo is not responsible for eliminating these risks. You take full responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, and waive all claims, legal or ethical, against him arising from your participation in therapy, whether in person, online, or via written communication outside session hours. You agree to hold him harmless and to indemnify him against any related costs or legal fees.
It is the client's responsibility to read and agree to these terms in full. Agreement takes effect on payment for a session, or on starting therapy by email, message, or phone.
Psychedelics Disclaimer
Psychedelic integration addresses the processing of psychedelic experiences after the fact. As a psychotherapist regulated by the UKCP, I take a harm-reduction approach and do not encourage, guide, refer for, or assist in obtaining illegal substances or experiences.
